Today we headed to Hiroshima. We got there quite late and went out for an okonomiyaki which is supposed to be thought of as a Japanese pizza. I dont think so. Its a layered cabbage and meat and onion mix with a friend egg and soy sauce. They usually arent layered, but its a specialty way of making it in Hiroshima. It sounds wierd but it was REALLY good and really cheap. I will definately be having more of those in Japan.
