On the highway bus to Tokyo

It was time to head to Tokyo and with our JR rail passes expired, we planned to get the highway bus. It was supposed to take about 6 hours but ended taking up 8. So we arrived pretty late with most local restaurants having closed early. So we had to have a convenience food dinner. I decided to have something hot so bought some instant noodles and headed to the hostel kitchen to make them up. However we decided to be antisocial and eat in our room. Most people were sat alone, looking miserable with cheap food and beer in front of them. Wasn't the most comfortable place to hang around. Will definitely make sure to eat out this week!
